Do you offer samples for corporate gifting?
No, we don't provide samples. Products can be bought on actuals only.
How do I maintain my candle?
The first burn is the most important. To avoid tunneling and ensure an even burn, let it burn for a minimum of three hours, until the candle wax pools to the edges.
Leave the burnt shredded wooden wick as is after a burn on the candle, so that it lights correctly during subsequent burns.
Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time, to avoid the hazard of hot glass. Leave the lid on when not in use to preserve its scent.
Additional tips:
Avoid airstreams like air-conditioning, open vents, windows or fans to ensure an even burn and to minimise tunneling.
To gracefully blow the candle off and to avoid smoking up the room, place the wooden lid back on the candle.
How do I use my Reed Diffuser?
- Place 6 out of the 18 wooden reeds provided into the bottle and flip it over after a few seconds and insert the dry side of the reeds into the jar.
- The Fragrance oil coated on the reeds naturally permeates your space creating a subtle luxurious scent.
- Reed diffusers are best suited to small spaces like a bedroom, powder room or hallways.
- To refresh the fragrance of the reed diffuser simply repeat step 1.
Do you offer discounts or go on sale?
Our candles have been mindfully priced as affordable luxury products for your home. We believe in maintaining the high quality standards of our artisanal products through the year, and have a no discount policy to this end.
What is your refund and returns policy?
We have a no returns and refunds policy unless the candle is damaged upon arrival. Incase of any damage, please leave us a video or a photo within 24 hours of receiving the candle, on Whatsapp 99205 82294, and we will arrange for a pickup and refund within 48 hours.
